Here's the official word on everything... first of all, without any bitterness I am no longer involved with Prong. Tommy has always been a great influence on me as a guitar player and it was an honor for me to be a part of Prong. I had 3 years of great memories and made alot of new friends because of it, it's time for me to move forward in my career.
In July I got involved with a group of friends/musicians and we created something really cool... so cool we now have a major label behind us and a record in the works. It's a bit different from Prong but I am totally happy with the results. The songs will be posted in the next few days. The name of the band is "Lovers Revolt" and features myself (guitar), Bill Gall ( (ex Nothingface)[vocals] , Tony Bernatonis (bass), Cheyne Fritts (guitar), and Daniel James (drums). The label is a brand new label that will go public in 2007 and is gonna change the way music is delivered to the masses. It sounds typical to say I don't know how to desribe or compare the music. I really can't. It's heavy at times, very simple rock songs with hooks and great melodies. You be the judge. Keep checking our new MYSPACE (http://www.myspace.com/loversrevolt) page for photos and music. The page is new (songs will be up in a few days) so spread the word and add us!!Thanks..... Mike L

That's sad to hear you won't be involved with Prong anymore. If it were not for you, I never would of had the chance to meet Tommy and the other members and help out Prong where I could. However, I'm looking forward to your new project. An Audio Guide to Everyday Atrocity is one of my all time favorite CD's and Nothingface to me have always been underrated. Bill was part of Kingdom Of Snakes which had a few members from some of my favorite local bands (Molly McGuire/Gunfighter), and I liked the direction that band was heading until Bill decided to leave the music business for awhile. It sounds like this new band will be a combination of some of my favorite artists and styles, so it can not disappoint :monkeybang
Thanks again and good luck.

Good luck to you Mike. I am looking forward to hearing what you all are doing. Sorry you can't stay with Prong, though. But if this is what you believe in, give it your all and don't look back. Let me know if you and the band come up to West Michigan and we will help spread the news.
