before Hannibal became notorious with Silence of the Lambs, there was the great movie Manhunter. The scenes where our hero is looking over the photos of his victims allow us entry into his twisted mind...the climax where he fillets his hostage needs a soundtrack. That song is Ringer in a Gemini.

dudes and dudettes, we've lost virginity yesterday and it was rough and fuzzy and fucking mad.

the place was the worst pub in the world. the audience, besides our frightened friends, was merely comprising of cokeheads who started snorting as soon as we started the set.

we went into 12 songs during which i had a chance to grind my guitar against one of the above cokeheads who kept yelling the whole time, had the chance to witness a guy who started screaming that we weren't "fucking ganstas" and started a fight amongst cokeheads. as soon as we were done with the whole set we started packing and right out of the doors, about 40 cokers were still involved in the fight, which also included flying kicks against our cars parked outside the "venue" and a pair of tough guys trying to sleep in our trunks.

it's been fucking wild but we're glad we're still alive. and we have it all on video.

"i survived the first recs of the flesh gig" shirts will be printed asap.
