I was lucky enough to get a few days off work so i could spend a few days with the band......i had an AMAZING time! i went to the shows in hollywood, san diego, and anaheim....it was awesome meeting you guys too!

the rest of the bands of the tour are all amazing! it made for one hell of a weekend!

if only i had a camera! i was bummed they only got to play 4 songs, but
they will be getting more stage time soon!

i can't wait for them to come back through cali!!

They were supposed to play a show in Huntington WV before they went on tour. They were there that night with Diecast, Sworn Enemy, and LA Guns. For some reason ITM didnt get to play. I was pissed. I know they were there cause I saw Maria in the crowd but was too much of a chicken to go talk to her and the rest of the band. LOL

I think the venue scheduled 2 shows in the same night and they got bumped off the list that night. Truly sad cause I would have rather seen them play than LA Guns.

I didn't get pictures, but you can bet I won't make that mistake again!! I did have a helluva time and all the bands kicked ass, especially those with the females up front. Refreshing!!

Damn right I've seen 'em. Saw 'em in Ft Worth, Tx. They were the best band there (I'm not sayin' that strictly because I'm at their forum). Also, Maria and her brother (Chris) were the coolest to me. Spent more time hangin' out with them than I did watchin' the show.

I had planned to leave right after 36 Crazyfists, but I ended up staying the whole night just talking to 'em and whatnot. They're really friendly people.

Oh, and thought I might add - Chris isn't really Maria's actual brother, he's just like one to her. It was pretty embarrassing:

In her profile it says that he's her brother. Oh well, anyways, 36 CF ended-up not bein' at the Ft Worth show because they got stranded in Jacksonville, Tx. Which is about 130 miles from Ft Worth.

I heard about 36CF's RV breaking down in Texas and got really nervous. They got it fixed in time for them to be in San Antonio the next day, so all was good. ^ ^

My wife and I went to the Kittie show at the Pearl Room in Mokena mainly to see Kittie. My wife had to use the bathroom as soon as we got there, so I was waiting upstairs in the hallway outside the restrooms. Maria comes walking by (I didn't know who she was at the time) with another girl videotaping her. I'm sure I'm in the video but will probably be edited out later, lol.The rest of the band joined up with her and they were all standing right in front of me getting ready to go onstage. It was cool to watch them get ready. Their set really kicked ass!! This band is really great live!! I had never heard of them before, but I was so impressed, I went to the merchandise area to get a CD and talked to Chris and Maria for a few minutes. They are really cool people to talk to! They really appreciate their fans!

Just got home from the Hottest Chicks in Metal show in Grand Rapids. I am still putting all of my thoughts together to write a review and I took a bunch of photos that I will be sending to Mark (RockMyMonkey.com) to hopefully put on the front page.

It was an interesting show, and I personally thought that In This Moment put on the best show of any of the bands. Lucuna Coil was ok, but without a doubt ITM had the best energy and tightest set. I would really like to see a longer set by them at some point.

Everyone in the band was really nice, and I sure hope for bigger and better things for them.

I just saw ITM for the first time on Ozzfest yesterday in Indiana. I never heard of them before today and I was interested. I'm so glad I saw them. They rocked so much! Sadly the only way I could meet them was to buy the cd there at Ozzfest. which I plan on but I'm pretty broke right now. But that's the frist cd I'm gonna get when I get money.

Went to OzzFest here in Indy on the 14th. We only went early because of In This Moment (only band I wanted to see besides ozzy). They were so awesome. My son (hes 15) got to meet the whole band and they were so nice they let me take pics of him with each of them (even though there was a line of people). They really care about thier fans, and I have so many great pics of the performance and them signing autographs and with my son. I wish I had bought 3 more cds so my 7 year old and hubby and I could have met them! My 7 year old was so sad,lol....I could smack myself now it would have been worth the money!

I hope everyone understands that that is not at all the band. That is pretty much the contract the event signed with the sponsor. The sponsors paid a good amount of cash this year and forced cd sales like this was one of the things they got out of it.

I am sure that when the band comes around again there will be tons of chances for you to meet them. They are well known for being very available for fans. :cool

While we are talking about issues I might as well bring up the show I was at.
Let me start off by saying that ITM kicked ass and I had a great time. They put on a great show and then I continued to watch Static X. I hate buying stuff prior to the show because then you have your arms full during the rest of the show. That night the only thing I held was a cold beer. Anyway, Static X is on their last song so I figure now is a good time to get a couple of ITM shirts. Nope, not going to happen. Apparently, they packed up all the stuff and rolled out a little early.

OK, no biggy... I'm an adult but hey oh well. So I go on the internet to see if I could get the tour shirt. Nope, only available in Small. Who's wears a Small? A cat?

But, then I looked at the tour schedule and realized the band was supposed to be in Canada. I guess if I had to ride a tour bus from Baltimore to Canada I would try to get an early start too. Its not a big deal. I'll see them in DC and have another great time!!!

I worked Ozzfest for FYE and that's the first time I'd heard them. HOOKED!

And then got to see them again in Denver at the Ogden Theatre this past Sunday. WOW! We got a chance to chat with them at the Guitar Centre in Arvada, and thanks to an incident in the mosh pit, we moved to the side of the stage when The Confession was playing and ran into Chris. He's such a COOL GUY!!! :kiss He stood and talked to us for a few minutes during TC's set, then left to get ready for ITM's.

Funny story: When ITM started, they were playing this soft music as an intro, and this guy standing to the left of us started to complain loudly - 'What's this S%&#?! F*&#ing POSERS!' Blah blah blah.... but then Maria (bless her!) opened her mouth and flayed the skin from our faces!!! By the second song, that guy was in the front row, banging his head! I LOVE that they sneak up and get you from behind! Yet another convert.:monkey

They're so amazing live! My friend and I have affectionately dubbed Blake 'The Energiser Bunny' because he didn't stop bouncing! It was great!

I'm looking forward to seeing them again in December, opening for Ozzy! YES!

When they were here during Ozzfest, one kid was body surfing during thier songs and Maria told us to sent him up on stage. Lukcy basterd. lol. But that in my mind makes a great band even greater. I'm soo pissed I'm broke right now or else I would freaking walk down to Indy if I could see them tonight.

My wife and I went to the show here at The Arabian Knights Farms in Willowbrook, Il. Yeah, it was a metal concert in a barn,lol. Actually the place was pretty cool and the sound was good!! This was one of their headlining shows with The Confession, etc. Of the opening bands, The Confession was the only one I liked. I talked to their singer for awhile, he's pretty cool.
The ITM set was awesome!! So great to hear a lot of songs!! Still it went by way too fast!! They have so much energy, they all put out 110% at their shows. I was able to talk to Chris for awhile, he said it was great being on tour with Megadeath, that Dave and the rest of the band were really cool.
He also said that as soon as they feel momentum for Beautiful Tragedy is starting to slow down, that they will go into the studio and start recording again!! Probably next year, but we won't have to wait years for new songs!!
I also talked to Jenny their tour manager and she is the coolest!! We talked about life on the road and a lot of other things. I got some good pics which I'll put in the pictures thread.

The show kicked ass in DC. I got up close again and had a great time. Again, Maria saw that I knew the songs and pointed at me. It F'ing rocks when bands appreciate that. :bow

I think they opened with Prayers. Ashes. Next Life. Circles. This Moment. Beautiful Tragedy. And, Daddy's Fallen Angel. I think that was it and I am not sure of the exact order. It was a great set and I only wish they played a little longer. I look forward to seeing them when the come back with Ozzy & Rob Zombie this winter.

Thanks! My only complaint was the shortness of the set as well. But their time will definitely come, and headlining is not far off.
