Haven't been able to get a MOV file to work in years. Tried doing the update thing and still nothing. Are you going to upload it to YouTube or anything?

Ok, my brain must be really fried this weekend. I tried that link and all I got was a page full of google ads. There was text that said "Download link" above some of the ads, but that wasn't click able. I could highlight the text, but not click on it. I suck. :cry

So then I tried to uninstal Quicktime so I could just start over with a fresh install. The uninstall worked great. Loaded up the exe for the set up on the new version fine too. Then I was told I had a missing plug in to install the thing.

This is a perfect example why YouTube became so popular. Too many file types and not enough time to fight with them all to get them to work. I'm pretty tech savvy (lost count how many computers I've helped bring back to life) and I am frustrated with it all.

Hey Mark! Thanks for the Digg! Did you get the video to work? It's so short that I'm not gonna bother putting it up on YouTube but once I get some longer, more meaty clips I will.

Cool. Maybe next time we should plan the Digg a little more. If we can get more people to help out we can make it to the front page and crash both of our servers. :D

Yeah, I did get one of them to work (thanks Daemonicus). Call me when you get a longer video together and we will plan a YouTube Digg for it. :pinky

Still can't get my Quicktime player to come alive again. :cry
