Anyway, how about being suspended in the air, with hooks in your body, only attached to your skin. You are hung upside down and the top of your skull is cut in a perfect like, and your cut from shoulder to shoulder. Your skeleton starts to be effected by gravity and starts to pull down, slowly, painfully. Takes a long time to die like this too. And you just keep in pain forever until you die. Nothing you can do, you are being skinned alive and its yourself which is doing the killing.

First your tied to a chair and stabbed reppeatedly then stitched up.
Next while your still alive, getting your hands and feet cut off by a hack saw, toe by toe finger by finger.
Following this your put in a cement grave with a small straw for air, this lets you decide if you want to die or not.
