More than likely....I loved it! Didn't stick around for after the credits tho....I think that is pretty retarded when they do that....guess they just don't want people to see it if they don't include it with the movie... :shrug

My wife has informed me that the website is paying for us to go see this next weekend. I think it has something to do with the massive flood of interviews I begged her to transcribe for me. :uhoh

He is an amazing actor who has always remained true to himself. It's not his fault pirates happen to be annoyingly trendy right now ;)

That was a joke, right? Seeing this, followed by your signature leads me to believe that you either have an extremely sarcastic sense of humor, or an extremely twisted perspective on life.

The best thing I can think to say about this series of movies is that it wasn't directed by Tim Burton.

And I still maintain my opinion that Nightmare On Elm Street was by far the best Johnny Depp movie ever made.

My signature denotes my sarcastic sense of humor quite well thank you.

My take on Johnny Depp however is not sarcastic at all. He takes the roles he likes. Go to imdb and see all the movies he's been in. They are not all trendy or bad. He has been in some pretty damn good movies.

I'll agree with Blow as being one of my favorites.

Yes, he's taken some silly roles but he does them well...

My view on life is not twisted. You can keep your personal insults to yourself.

linda, he wasnt insulting you. he's been one of my best friends since high school... he's kinda like SHUT UP AND DIE where his joking demeanor can be lost in translation via the internet.

Seeings how we've turned this into a Johnny Depp conversation...my favorite Johnny Depp movie is The Libertarian. That movie rocks! And it is only persons that do have that extremely twisted perspective on life that will get it....

As for Johnny Depp...let me count the ways I love him... :kiss I fell in love with him as a teenager when he made his debut on 21 Jumpstreet. Oh...for shame...the lustful thoughts that went through my head....

Several peeps I know can't stand him....and yet...that endears him to me even more....

It has been made clear who I will have to fight for him... and Vertigo...if I ever get the chance...HE IS ALL MINE! :rotfl

You can have him... the object of my teenage lust that will never die is Leonardo DiCaprio.

My fav movies of Johnny's are:
Blow
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
What's Eating Gilbert Grape
Benny and Joon
Once Upon a Time in Mexico
Edward Scissorhands
I also enjoy the Pirates series, though I have yet to see the third one. I'm hoping to go see it on Saturday.

I still need to see Spiderman.

You may not want to bother since the only "value" it has is the fact that its so ridiculous it's funny.

21 Jumpstreet

That show kicked major and I also have followed Depp's career since then.

As for the third Pirates movie, it kicks ass, but it isn't quite as good as the second, which is my favorite out of the three.

I saw this flick with my wife the first day it came out, and it's excellent. Better (I thought) than the first 2 easily.

I'm not here to throw insults or make enemies.

Your acknowlegement of your sarcasm pretty much rules out your twisted view.

My family and I saw this yesterday. The youngest two really liked it, but the rest of us were kinda disappointed. The action was awesome as were the special effects. But the story kinda lacked and it seemed as if they were covering their lack of direction with fluff and glitter.

We also noted that it was a much darker movie with alot less humor and alot more violence. It was ok, but no where near as good as the first.

Well I finally saw this firday night..I personally enjoyed it,but I can see how the critics be so hard on this movie cause it did seem to slightly darker then the first 2..but the best part of it was I didn't pay a damn cent to see it
