In a perfect world, which republican candidate do you think would do that best job? Which one SHOULD get the nomination?
This is not about who you think would win. This is not about picking the lesser of two evils. This is about who you think would do the best job.
No talk about them damn liberal douchbags (like me) in this poll. They will have a poll of their own in a few minutes. :P
Remember the rules of debate at RMM:
1. No insults...just facts
2. No partisan references. This includes but is not limited to Fox News, Move On, small two papers, Micheal Moore, & the others.
if i had to pick one of these guys, i would go with ron paul. i was really impressed with him when i saw him in a few recent debates. he isnt spewing out the same type of shit that all of his counterparts are talking about. he's more of an eisenhower republican than he is a regan republican, and that's what the republican party really needs if they want to actually do some good in this country.

Not one of them should win. Republicans usually get the conservative and I don't think one of those people are a true conservative.
For the record I am not a conservative, also Sam Brownback is an asshole I met him about 4 months ago.

If I had to pick one it would be either McCain or Ron Paul.

I haven't made a decision personally but I would like to hear more from/about Ron Paul. What I have seen so far has been pretty interesting. Too bad the mainstream media has been doing their best to ignore him and focus more on the Giulianis and McCains

no doubt. paul has kinda been buried for giuliani and mccain. mccain deserves it though, he's done a lot of good things. the only thing that giuliani has done is fuck up nyc and ride the good will from 911 to propel him into a presidential candidate. he would be the worst thing this country has ever seen if he becomes prez.
