I saw the D.D.P. play live the other night as they prepare to go to Europe to play some festival dates opening up for Heaven And Hell, Iron Maiden and Slayer...:overkill
These East-Bay thrashers have formed a group to pay tribute to our old local Bay Area thrash scene, It was a lot of fun hearing these two vocalists trading off verses while singing some original material as well as covers of classics "Lights Out", "Iron Fist", "Cold Sweat", "Thunder And Lightning" and the old Testament favorite "Alone In The Dark"......D.D.P. 4 LIFE!

Chuck also promised us all a new Testament CD. by March of 2008.

Three things:

1) D.D.P. looks to be a killer band.

2) March '08 shall be an amazing month simply because Testament will release a new album.

3) Chuck Billy should join WWE and become its next champion.

I've heard good things about DDP for a while but haven't heard them yet. With that lineup how could it not be good?

Yeah Chuck aka the "Chief" has gotten pretty large...:pinky
It looked a lot like a Royal Rumble by the end of the show with nine band members on stage.

Now this sounds like a good band to join. Who wouldn't love to play metal and eat double cheeseburgers a few hours a day?

I haven't heard the CD. yet, they were selling them at the show for $10.00 bucks, I didn't buy one.

It was a fun show to see, but it wasn't as good as seeing Exodus or Testament by a long shot....:poop

With all the people in the band it sounds like the live show would probably be more fun than listening to the CD.
