I just got a myspace friend request from his new band Divine Heresy and man I'm fuckin impressed with his new project. It's straight up metal and the band is'nt complete they need a bass player but the cd is ready they say. I can't wait the cd should be great from what I heard so far anyways here is the link.

Dino was always a prick to me, but I will still cover his band. I have heard that since he got sacked from Fear Factory he is very cool with people.

That is a good thing since he does have talent. :cool

Ya he is very talented I heard he was a bit of a ass but people who are as famous as him tend to be cocky and what not. He seems a lot happier now on those youtube vids they have posted on their page. He even comments about Fear Factory on one of those vids and says he would never go back to them. So the bad blood from him clashing the rest of the band about the musical direction of Fear Factory could be a reason he was such a prick when people don't enjoy whats going on with their job etc. I could see him taking it out on people that interview him. Back to talking about the band I tried pick a genre for this project of his and I can't do it. It's not thrash metal not death metal if I had to pick one it would be Traditional Metal with Death metal influences may be a tad thrash. Dinos riffs sound better than Fear Factory's current cd I definitely like the direction this band is going in.

I met them on their first national tour with Sick Of It All and biohazard. THen again on the tour with Clutch & Sepultura about 6 months later. Ray wasn't even 21 yet and was trying to get in with a fake ID. Dino was a dick way before the tension started and way before anyone was even paying attention.

I am glad he is treating fans and everyone else better now though.

I took a listen to the two songs on MySpace and I would say it is pretty much the same mix of death and thrash I have heard from a million other bands out now. The only slight differance is the industrial element, but even that is minor. The vocalist is doing the same flat "bear on the mic" thing that everyone else is boring me with. :D

Ya it's kinda like hatebreeds vocalist that hosts headbangers ball. But the band isn't metalcore so I still dig it still a lot better than most of the crap that's been on HHB the fucked up thing is comcast took away my Mtv 2 so I can't even watch that boring ass show anymore oh well. I guess Dino is the abrasive type but people do change but who knows. :hmmm

Kinda generic stuff, but with Dino and Tim Yeung it'll probably generate a lot of interest. I wonder if this is the direction that Dino wanted Fear Factory to go?

I'm with Brad on this one. Pretty generic stuff. I have always thought that Hatebreed was one of the better of the new age hardcore bands. His voice is less flat then most that do that style now.

I am sure that this will get tons of attention though.
