I saw this when it came out, but I didn't remember much about it. This movie really makes me wish I was 10 years older and had been a part of this "scene" - the live Alice in Chains show really really made me miss Layne, because that's right when I knew him and his fiancee, but I wasn't old enough to really get to know them, so I just feel like I missed out.

Anyway, it was just funny seeing the slice of life from the early 90's. Those clothes were truly hideous. Lol.

Too bad my copy of this I got from netflix started skipping right when the movie was getting to it's climax, but I've got a replacement coming tomorrow.

Anybody else remember this movie. Does it make you feel nostalgic?

I love this movie, though I haven't watched it in forever. I like all the cameos from P.J., Soundgarden, and AIC. The dude that knocked up Kyra Sedgewick's character ended up playing the prosecuting attorney in Emily Rose 2 years ago. :monkey

There are very few "chick flicks" that are safe for guys to watch. Singles is one of them because of the backdrop of cool music. Gross Point Blank is another because lots of stuff get blown up and it has one of the highest body counts of any love story.
