Did anyone else watch the premiere of this show last night? It seems to be pretty cool so far.

My brother in law and uncle were watching it, I wasn't paying attention. It looked pretty cheesy with bad acting from the commercials. Was it actually alright?

i watched a few minutes of it... then i realized that there was a show about dogs on pbs, so i went with that.

Man...I had such high hopes for this. They took an excellent idea and totally "prettied" it up. :rolleyes I considered it a waste of an hour and definitely won't be making that mistake again.

How is this show "prettied" up? In the "Pilot" episode, there was at least one huge explosion, plenty of shooting and even some gnarly wounds on the female lead characters.

John is about as emo as you can get and Sara is totally not buff enough. The casting of Sara was completely off base......if you follow the movie story line...Sara Connor became basically a bad ass bitch leading up to where the series is supposed to come in. The series Sara is entirely too pretty and, well, for lack of a better way to say it, feminine.

Explosions, shooting, and gnarly wounds come off cheesy when the people who are casted suck.

I watched the 1st two episodes and am on the fence about it. I'll just have trouble remembering what night it is on so I can remember to watch it next time it airs.

I saw a clip of it that kinda creeped me out. It looked like everyone was naked (time machine stuff) and Sarah and John were watching something in the distance. Well, they were crouching down and John was looking over Sarah's shoulder, presumably with his junk touching her butt. Dude, that's your MOM!

Well it would have been cool had it actually recorded. I've been having similar problems lately. I think my Tivo is going tits up. :(
