Aborted- Slaughtered & Apparatus

I thought that we should talk about the best death metal release of 2007. Aborted's "Slaughtered & Apparatus: A Methodical Overture" (http://www.rockmymonkey.com/cdreviews/07/04/Aborted.php) is mind numbingly brutal. The song structures are brilliant. The vocals are sick. Quite possibly the best death metal album that I've ever heard. That's just my opinion.

I shall start with : the actual title of the album is "Slaughter And Apparatus: A Methodical Overture".

I shall then say that the damn distro people fucked up the title on those promos they sent Mark, who in turn sent us.


I shall then say that the album kicks an amazing amount of balls, and I dunno if it's my choice for BEST dm pick of '07, well....it could be depending on my mood of that day....but it's easily in my top 3 of '07 ANY day, with Malevolent Creation and Cephalic Carnage. Simply put: Aborted kick ass and I can't wait for their new release this year.
