they are one of the 3 original bands of melodic death metal (along with dark tranquillity and in flames). they are classified as gothenberg metal. they have been broken up for 16 years now and are finally getting back together to play this tour. here's a video:

they sound pretty good.I like their vocalists St.Vitus shirt. The Vocals remind me a little of Kreator,kinda like Extreme Agression.

at the gates is way oldscool. the singer's name is tomas lindberg. he's my absolute favorite. :) he's also in a band called disfear and was also in nightrage.

At the Gates is pretty damn cool. I LOVE Municipal Waste though so I'm going to go. Overall its going to be a fun concert.

oh yes! be sure to catch one of the "crowd surfing" boogie boards and drink lots of beer during Waste! but be prepared because At The Gates can get pretty rough if you're drunk (even if you're not).
