The greatness that is hypocrisy live

I was bored today on youtube and they show how fucking amazing they are live. Hopefully a new cd and tour will be in the works someday I did enjoy the reissue and catch 22 tho and i hate reissues normally but they did a good job in my opinion. Peters vocals seem even better live than the cds. These are just pretty much all my favorite songs for the most part.

Hypocrisy has been one of my favorite bands for many many years. Their "Hypocrisy Destroys Wacken" DVD is an amazing testament to their power on stage. I've seen them 3 or 4 times, and have had the pleasure of speaking with Peter Tagtgren who, for a world renowned musician and producer, is about as cool and humble as you can find.

I even asked him if I could be an apprentice/slave at Abyss Studios back in '00 when Hypocrisy was touring with Soilwork and I was in school learning audio engineering. I think he thought I was a crazy person, but was polite enough to tell me they wouldn't have time because they're so busy rather than telling me I'm nuts or whatever. :)

You are lucky to meet Peter he is one of better musicians around in Metal and a pretty stand up guy from what i hear. I though he could do well in Bloodbath but as that didnt last long. At least we can hope for new Releases from Hypocrisy at least I am.
