As Blood Runs Black Prepare For European Tour

It's been an insanely productive year for the Southern California quintent, AS BLOOD RUNS BLACK, and the plethora of touring continues as the band heads back to Europe on Oct. 5th as part of the much anticipated “Never Say Die” tour alongside Suicide Silence and Emmure, among others. Their new album, Instinct (Mediaskare Records), is a vicious slab of metallic brilliance and head over now to http://www.guitarworld.com/exclusive-blood-runs-black-premiere-resist-music-video in order to view the band's brand new video for “Resist.”

Also, don't forget about guitarist Dan Sugarman's instructional Guitar World columns http://www.guitarworld.com/cerebral-upheaval-dan-sugarman-blood-runs-black-life-road-removing-veil

Lech (drums) states: "It feels great to finally have another music video out after all these years while at the same time debuting our new blood. It is the first glimpse of our new line-up for those who have yet to see us live. We all had a great time and experience working with Scott Hansen and his team on this video. It was our first time filming with a green screen. We didn't know what to expect. When we saw the first few drafts we were totally blown away and knew we collaborated with the right guy. His eye as a director is phenomenal and he places our ideas on paper onto the screen perfect. 'Resist' is about resisting all these negative doubts and limitations we put in our own heads. Fear is only as deep as the mind allows it to be. Hence the man going through chaotic struggles when in the end, it is only in his head. We're all excited to finally have our first music video for Instinct debut and are anxious to work on more. It is time to showcase the new As Blood Runs Black and pick up where we left off.

“I don’t think I've ever been more excited to head back to Europe. We love it there. The food, women and beer are beyond this world! The different cultures and countries are beautiful and give you a different perspective on what we call 'home.' We were just there late spring. Just about every band on the bill are our friends and are from the states, which makes this tour a huge plus. I can already feel the hangovers."
